NESynth experimental FM-1 firmware

fm1-template.fwsc contains only an original diagnostic generated by
tools/diagnostic.py. User cartridges are inserted in the browser and are not
uploaded. NESynth integration is GPL-3.0-only; InfoNES is Apache-2.0.

The firmware packaging, USB transport, installer, restore and progress modules
are adapted from ../arcade-fm1-smk (GameDude), retaining the Felucca platform.
Complete build sources and patches are in this repository. The browser template
is generated by tools/public_template.py; template.json records its hashes.

fm1-original.fwsc is the unmodified M-VAVE FM-1 V15 restore package.
Its origin and SHA-256 are recorded in original.json. It is separate from
NESynth's open-source firmware and retains its original vendor terms.

FM-1 hardware: picture, controls, both cores and update/restart exercised.
Full-speed emulation and smooth audio remain under development.
SMK37: compile and control tests only; no USB flasher is enabled.
